We meet bi-weekly for 50-minute sessions. We’ll evaluate where you are in your ADHD journey, craft a gameplan for the best use of our time together, unpack and strategize about your ADHD challenges, create and implement solutions that actually work for your brain.
ADHD doesn’t clock out when our session ends — and neither do I. Between calls, you’ll have ongoing access to me through voice notes and text support, so you’re never left to navigate things alone. Expect real-time pep talks when motivation dips, gentle accountability to actually follow through, and prioritization guidance when you’ve lost the plot and everything feels equally urgent.
Our calls are packed with insights, so many that it can be a challenge for ADHD short-term memory to hold it all. So after each session, I compile incisive notes into your private Google Doc, preserving key insights, tracking emerging patterns, and outlining clear action items. So nothing gets lost to ADHD memory fog—your growth is documented, tangible, and easy to return to when you need a reminder of how far you’ve come.
You’re a capable, intelligent, accomplished woman. You’re generous and conscientious. A deep thinker, with unconventional imagination and deep insight.
BUT…your beautiful qualities are accompanied by certain problems.

Yep. Some of my clients pay all at once ($3750 for 10 sessions). And some of them pay $650/mo for 6 months.
We meet bi-weekly for 50-60 minute sessions. Generally we book the next call at the end of the session. You aren’t locked into a specific timeslot, unless you want to be. My hours are approximately 10am to 4pm EST, Tuesday through Friday.
