SEASON THREE: DENIAL

Ready for Season Three of ADHD Magic? This one's a toughie.

SEASON THREE: DENIAL

“Haha, I always joke that I have ADD!”
“I guess I'm sorta ADD but its not really that bad.”
"Is ADHD even a real thing?”
“Maybe I'm just making excuses."
“Oh I don’t want that label.”

For years, you’ve been trying your best to maintain a facade of effortless competence. It’s f$cking exhausting, and you wonder how long you can keep this up. But you're not quite ready yet to fully own your neurodivergence. I’m gonna be straight with you–internalized ableism has a lot to do with why we linger and keep coming back to this one.

This season’s card is The Chariot. Externally successful (a chariot is historically symbolic of victory or rule), and yet totally rigid and fixed like a mask, and not really going anywhere–it’s resting on the ground.
