what’s in your pocket?

Before I was an ADHD coach,
I was a yoga and meditation teacher.
I’ve had a serious meditation practice for 13 or 14 years now.

I was once in a meditation class and the teacher said something like,

“When you put your hand in your pocket,
what do you have there?

“When times are tough,
when your back is against the wall,
what inner resources do you have?”

I have returned to this question again and again,
as a meditator,
as an ADHD woman,
as a coach, and
as a human being.

How am I gonna get through this?
What resources do I have available to me?
Am I strong enough to endure this?
Am I smart enough to figure this out?
How can I support myself through this?
How can I support my struggling parts?
How can I highlight my gifts?
What tools do I have?

…and I’ve made it my business—literally!—
to experiment with as many different ADHD tools as possible.

When my back is against the wall,
and I put my hand in my pocket,
I know what’s there!

Well-practiced, familiar, beloved tools
for navigating my ADHD,
for navigating my life.

ADHD woman, I want the same thing for you.
I want you to know what I know!
I want you to have what I have.

When you get coached my me, you learn
the same tools, skills and mindsets
that I use in my own life.

So that when your back is against the wall…

When you are absolutely stuck, frozen, immobilized, overwhelmed…

And you put your hand in your pocket…

… There’s something in there!

Through working with me, my clients have been able to
upgrade work situations,
heal burnout,
develop new household systems that actually work for them...

They feel less overwhelmed,
less frazzled,
more self-trust that they can actually do what needs to be done in their lives.

Are you ready to change your relationship to your ADHD?

Ready to stop the procrastinate/overwork/burnout cycle?
Ready to move beyond overwhelm?
Ready to start feeling more in the driver's seat?
Ready to not just survive, but thrive in your life?

If so, you’re ready to work with me.

Here’s your next step:
Book a Discovery Call with me to find out if I’m a good fit for you.

I can’t wait to meet you!

Warmly,
Emma
