What strategy do you use to address your ADHD?
I’ll wait a sec while you think about that.
Maybe you’re thinking, “Um, I don’t have one!”
Maybe you’re thinking, “Oh yeah, I’ve got tons of strategies.”
And you mean things like:
“I hang my keys by the door so I don’t lose them.”
“I have two cell phones in case I lose one.”
“I take medication.”
“I take 7 yoga classes a week.”
“I have my groceries delivered.”
My friend, I say this with love:
The very idiosyncratic ways you manage your calendar or your groceries or your To Do list…
…are not big picture, metacognitive strategies for how to address the full spectrum of ADHD issues in your life!
Those are more like TACTICS.
Strategies are big-picture plans—your overall goal and how you intend to achieve it.
Tactics are the specific actions you take to execute that strategy.
Most of the ADHD women I meet don’t have a strategy for how to thrive with ADHD.
They’re not sure of their overall goals, other than “don’t fck up” or “keep going by God even if it kills me”.
And they certainly don’t know how to get there.
Your LACK of a big picture Strategy, System, or Process is part of why you’re just doing okay right now, with your ADHD.
I want us to do BETTER than okay. I want ADHD women to thrive.
And the good news is, as a seasoned ADHD coach, I KNOW how to get you there!
I DO have a System/Process/Strategy!
I call it ADHD Alchemy.
And it’s what gets my clients deep, meaningful, lasting results.
It’s built on six essential elements—the 6 Ps—that help ADHD women externalize, prioritize, analyze, strategize, implement, and refine their approach to life.
It’s not just a collection of scattered tactics, but a holistic framework to help you build a life that actually works for your ADHD brain.
In a couple of weeks, I’m going to be sharing an opportunity for you to learn and implement this strategy, at a fraction of the price of my 1:1 coaching.
Interested?
Warmly,
Emma
