My friend,
It took me seven years—seven!—to book my first ADHD coaching session after a healthcare professional suggested it.
What was I doing in the meantime?
Trying to convince myself that everything was fine. I was professionally successful, even celebrated in my field. Everything looked great on the outside.
So obviously, the inside must be fine too…right?
Spoiler: it was not fine.
The inside was a Rube Goldberg machine of sugar binges, late nights, and white-knuckling my way through to-do lists.
The longer I tried to keep the wheels turning, the more I felt like Lucy in the chocolate factory—frantically wrapping, stuffing, and panicking as the conveyor belt sped up, knowing I was seconds away from being buried alive in bonbons.
This felt terribly chaotic, of course. But I couldn’t bring myself to call an ADHD coach, because working with a coach would confirm what I’d always feared:
That the conventional scripts wouldn’t work for me.Therefore I couldn’t function the “right” way. Therefore I was broken.
What I didn’t realize yet was that the problem wasn’t me.It was those conventional scripts I was trying to follow!
Working with a coach allowed me to:
▶️Acknowledge that “hard work” wasn’t getting me anywhere. ▶️Give myself permission to do things my way.▶️Design a life that works with my brain, not against it.
My clients are smart, powerful women who’ve built incredible success on grit and sheer brainpower—but they’re done holding it all together with paperclips and Post-Its.
They wanna do more than just get the job done. They want to thrive while they do it. To stop shrinking themselves to fit someone else’s mold and build something solid, sustainable, and completely their own.
Is that you, too?
The waitlist for my next 1:1 coaching spots is open, and this is your nudge.
If you’re tired of white-knuckling your way through life… 🛞If you’re ready to build a life that doesn’t just look good on the outside, but feels good on the inside… 🌟If you’ve been waiting for permission to make yourself a priority… 🔑
THIS IS IT, babe.
Hop on my waitlist for one-on-one coaching in 2025, and you’ll get early access when enrollment opens—because these spots fill fast, and my clients tend to stick around.
No secret handshake required!
Just the courage to say: “Why not me?”
Warmly,Emma
